Dates
Wednesday, November 5 – Saturday, November 8, 2025
Exhibition dates are Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8, 2025.
Exhibitor setup will occur in the afternoon of Thursday, November 6. Takedown will occur after exhibition closes on Saturday, November 8.

Attendee Profile
300+ attendees are expected based on previous editions of the Pediatric Sleep Medicine Conference.
Attendees are all specialists (or specialists in training) in pediatric sleep, but they come with a variety of backgrounds: psychology, psychiatry, neurology, pulmonology, and other medical specialties associated with sleep are represented. Local and regional sleep technologists also attend.
Attendance is largely US-based HCP with some limited participation from outside the US.

Table Exhibition $3,500
Includes 10' exhibition space, table, chair, and one meeting registration. Included registration allows access to Friday and Saturday sessions. Additional exhibition-only badges may be purchased for $200 each.

Includes 2 tables, chairs, 2 meeting registrations, and 20' wide exhibition space.

Lunch Session $10,000
60-minute symposium, product theater, workshop, or other sponsored content within the program over lunch. Catering, audiovisual, and room rental all included.

Delegate Bag $2,000
Includes sponsor and meeting logos on bag distributed to all attendees.

Lanyard $2,000
Includes sponsor logo and meeting website URL on all attendee badge lanyards.

Print program will be distributed to all attendees at registration desk.
