Hotel Block Information
- The final day to reserve a room in the hotel block is October 7, 2025. Rooms in the block may sell out prior to this date.
- Including taxes and fees, rooms start at about $300 per night.
- Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to five days before arrival. Cancellation within the five-day window will incur a one-night fee.
- Guests who depart earlier than their reserved check-out date will be subject to a one-night early departure fee
- Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am
